L’Oréal Professionnel Oxydant Creme Developer is a quality peroxide aimed to get the best results out of L’Oréal Majirouge, Majirel and Majirel High Lift colourants. Crème developer is a permanent developing crème that is mixed with hair colour to “lift” the hair to the desired colour.

Mix the activation emulsion with your chosen colour and apply it to your hair.
